The official conference language is English. Consequently all material must be supplied in English, including submitted abstracts, full papers, posters or presentation material.
Submission of Contributions
All submissions (pdf generated from WORD or LaTeX ) have to be sent via the conference management system EasyChair:

Please check: Paper must be submitted in A4-format as a pdf file without headline and page numbers!
Please make a categorisation in EasyChair during the Upload of your abstract or paper with only one keyword from the following list:

Style Guide for Paper
The content shall be prepared using the conference templates.
Paper must be submitted in A4-format as a pdf file without headline and page numbers.
Papers have to be written in English language and should not extend 8 pages.
An ideal paper size is 4-8 pages each.
Different to the style guide: Proceeding format is A4!
The presentation at the 8th ARC can be alternatively counted fort he following subjects:
(independend on the acceptance as oral or poster presentation)
- Project seminar 1 (2 ECTS)
- Project seminar 2 (2 ECTS)
- Master seminar (2 ECTS)
Please inform you local secretary about your choice.
The submission of the paper for the proceedings is strictly required for the appreciation.
The authors agree with the submission of the pdf file the copyright agreements of the ARC.
The conference committee get’s the non exclusive rights for publishing the submitted papers
in printed conference proceedings and for later publishing on MAPR-related home pages.
